近些年来,高温合金在航空发动机上的应用十分广泛,尤其是具有较高的强度、良好的耐腐蚀性能和抗氧化性能的镍基高温合金,目前是应用最为广泛的。本文介绍了镍基高温合金在航空发动机的应用与发展现状;具体了解目前高温合金国内外发展情况和航空发动机中不同零件及部位所用高温合金类型;具体介绍国内外针对航空发动机中损伤失效零部件进行的焊接修复再制造及增材修复再制造的具体研究情况。

In recent years, superalloys have been widely used in aero-engines. In particular, Ni-based superalloys with higher strength, good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are currently the most widely used. This article introduces the application and development status of Ni-based superalloys in aero-engines. Meanwhile, the development of superalloys at home and abroad and the types of superalloys used in different parts and parts of aeroengine are specifically understood. In addition, based on the analysis of the repair remanufacturing of the failed blade, this paper also introduces the research situation of the welding repair remanufacturing and additive repair remanufacturing for the damaged and failed parts of aero-engine at home and abroad.
