为了更准确反映单自由度磁悬浮转子系统的动态特性, 建立了计及转子柔性的单自由度磁悬浮轴承系统机电模型。利用Pro/e建立了系统的三维实体模型, 用ANSYS进行有限元分析并生成模态中性文件, 采用Matlab搭建控制系统模型, 基于软件间的接口实现了在ADAMS与Matlab仿真环境下, 单自由度磁悬浮柔性转子系统的协同仿真模型的建立, 为磁悬浮柔性转子系统的研究和设计提供了一个有效的方法。仿真结果表明通过ADAMS和MATL/Simulink联合仿真来模拟验的方法是可行的。

imed at describing the dynamic characteristics of magnetic bearing-rotor systems accurately, the electromagnetic model of a single-degree-of-freedom magnetic bearing system considering flexibility of rotor is established. A 3D model is built in Pro/e, and a modal neutral file is generated by ANSYS. A control system model is established in MATLAB. Through interfaces between commercial codes, a single-degree-of-freedom magnetic bearing system considering flexibility of rotor co-simulation model is set up in the ADAMS and MATLAB simulation environment. The approach in this paper provides an effective tool for the research and design of magnetic beaing-rotor systems. Simulated results show that co-simulation for experiments based on ADAMS and MATLAB is feasible.
