本文简单介绍了Web服务的关键技术，如SOAP,WSDL,XML等，主要研究了基于智能服务网关仿真器开发Web服务应用的过程和方法。智能服务网关可以融合现有的各种网络，如IMS网络，PSTN网络等，并且对上层应用提供了标准的OSA/Parlay接口．智能服务网关仿真器可以模拟几种简单的服务，并且提供标准接口，使得之上的应用开发非常快捷，简单，并且移植性很好．
his paper lists the key technologies in web services, such as SOAP, WSDL, and XML. Most importantly, it focuses on the application development based on ISG simulator. ISG provides a set of OSA methods and supports Parlay API. ISG simulator has combined many basic simulators and supports the same API as ISG. Using ISG simulator we can develop application easily and quickly, and the application can work well when transferred to real ISG.
