一种基于OMA DRM的移动流媒体数字版权管理系统

Mobile streaming services are very important value-added applications for the 3G networks. Yet the digital media contents are not protected, and the unauthorized copying and distribution of them have brought huge economic losses to content owners and publishers. Therefore to provide an effective way for digital rights management (DRM) has become an urgent issue for digital media content protection. By now an open standard called Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) DRM has been widely adopted as a DRM standard. But there is no specification of how this standard can be applied in the mobile operating environment. To address the above issue, this paper proposes a DRM system solution for mobile streaming services, which is based on the OMA DRM standard. In order to integrate the DRM system with the 3G networks, we first analyze the DRM related business process of the 3G networks, and design a novel business process between the DRM system and the streaming server.
