从长三角区域的视角分析提高常州城市竞争力的战略对策

自上世纪90年代以来，曾经是工业明星城市的常州，逐步褪去了明星城市的光环。本文从长三角的角度，构建了城市综合竞争力指标体系， 应用因子分析方法对长江三角洲16个城市的发展的状况进行了定量分析，同时把2003年的评价结果和2000年的情况进行对比，力图反映各城市发展的最新动态。在此基础上，提出了常州市提高整体竞争力的主要对策
Since 90s of the twentieth century, Changzhou ever had been a industry city star, but now it has lost halo of industry city star. With the aid of the mathematical method—Factor Analysis ,the author calculates the competitive capacity of sixteen cities which are located at Yangtze Delta, the author contrasts the analytical result to the evaluation of 2003﹠2000 in the same way, in order to give expression to the basic information of these cities. At the same time, the author put forward progress countermeasure to aim at Changzhou .
