中草药免疫增强剂对泌乳期奶山羊淋巴细胞凋亡的影响

he goats on the eve of the childbirth were fed up with Chinese herbal immunopotentiator for 15 days, and the lymphocyte apoptosis rate of peripheral blood, spleen and supramammary lymphonodi at 1, 6, 14, 21, 28, 35, and 45 days（compel involution 10 days ）in lactation was detected with AnnexinⅤ-FITC/PI Flow Cytometry（FCM）. The results showed that the lymphocyte apoptosis rate of the goats with Chinese herbal immunopotentiator were significantly lower than the control （P＜0.01）. The protective rate （%）of control was 0 and that of group treated with Chinese herbal immunopotentiator was 60% challenged by Staphylococcus aureus. It testified that the Chinese herbal immunopotentiator has really the role of immunopotentiation.
