基于在线监督的每日称重对超重/肥胖伴焦虑及抑郁状态女性体成分及情绪的影响研究
Influence of Daily Self-weighing Supported by Online Supervision on Body Composition and Emotions in Overweight/ Obese Women with Anxiety and Depression
背景 超重/肥胖女性呈逐年增长趋势,抑郁及焦虑状态、心理异常也有较高的发病率。超重/肥胖伴焦虑及抑郁状态女性缺乏对情绪和行为的有效应对,减重效果堪忧。目前国内外对这一人群的减重效果及情绪关注较少。目的 探讨基于在线监督的每日称重干预对超重/肥胖伴焦虑及抑郁状态女性体成分及情绪的影响。方法 本研究为前瞻随机对照研究,于2019年10月—12月采用志愿招募的方式,选取北京市海淀区92例超重/肥胖伴轻中度焦虑及抑郁状态女性为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将研究对象按照1:1随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各46例。两组均给予个体化指导科学饮食、合理运动控制体质量;试验组由专人在线监督患者每日自我称重并将体质量数据上报课题组,对照组每月监测患者体质量并由课题组收集体质量数据,共干预3个月。两组于基线和干预3个月后测量体成分、填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS),比较两组干预前后体成分各指标及量表评分水平。结果 92例研究对象均完成了问卷及随访。干预后对照组患者体质量、BMI、体脂率、体脂肪、内脏脂肪面积高于试验组(P<0.05);试验组患者干预后体质量、BMI、体脂率、体脂肪、内脏脂肪面积低于干预前(P<0.05)。试验组患者干预后SAS评分、SDS评分低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后试验组患者SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对超重/肥胖伴焦虑及抑郁状态女性基于在线监督的每日称重干预可有效减脂减重,改善其焦虑抑郁症状等不良心理状态,是一种简便、有效和安全的干预措施。

Background Overweight/obese women are a growing population with high incidence of depressionanxiety and psychological abnormalities. Due to lack of effective responsive measures to emotions and behaviorsweight loss outcomes are often unsatisfactory in overweight/obese women with anxiety and depression. And less attention has been paid to weight loss outcomes and emotions in this group. Objective To explore the effect of daily self-weighing supported by online supervision on body composition and emotions in overweight/obese women with anxiety and depression. Methods A prospectiverandomizedcontrolled study was conducted with 92 overweight/obese women with mild to moderate anxiety and depression voluntarily recruited from Beijing's Haidian District from October to December 2019. The subjects were randomized into an experimental groupn=46 and a control groupn=46 at a ratio of 1 1and treated with weight control interventions for three monthsbesides eating the appropriate food combinations with scientific and individualized guidance and excising rationallythe experimental group measured their body weight daily with online supervision from the special member of our research group and reported the data to the groupwhile the control group measured their body weight per monthwhich was collected by our research group through monthly telephone follow-up. Body composition measurement resultanxiety assessed using Self-Rating Anxiety ScaleSAS and depression assessed using Self-Rating Depression ScaleSDS were compared at baseline and three months after the intervention. Results All the participants completed the questionnaire assessment and follow-up. After the interventionthe control group had higher average body weightBMIbody fat percentage and body fat as well as larger average visceral fat area than the experimental groupP<0.05. Reduced body weightBMIbody fat percentagebody fat and visceral fat area were seen in the experimental group after interventionP<0.05. The SAS score and SDS score in the experimental group were also lowered after interventionP<0.05. The average post-intervention scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control groupP<0.05. Conclusion In overweight/obese women with anxiety and depressiondaily self-weighing with online supervision contributes to weight and fat loss and the improvement of anxiety and depression symptomswhich is a simpleeffective and safe intervention measure.
