In order to quickly create a three-dimensional model of the modified tapered roller bearing and verify its correctness, the dynamic analysis software Adams is re-developed. The B-spline curve is used to fit the modified generatrix of the modified tapered roller, and the parametric creation of the tapered roller bearing model considering the modification is realized. And with the help of Abaqus to analyze the roller-raceway contact stress of the parametrically created tapered roller bearing model, the results are compared with the contact stress distribution of the three-dimensional model created in Creo, and the correctness of the model is verified. In addition, the selection principle of the number of fitting points of the roller modification generatrix is obtained when the modified tapered roller bearing model is created parametrically. For arc modification, the number of fitting points should be approximately 2/3 times the length of the fitting curve, and for logarithmic modification, the number of fitting points should be approximately 3 times the length of the fitting curve.
