醛类是日常生活中最常见的污染物和致癌物质。本文报道了一种操作简便且价格低廉的醛类的鉴别方法。基于土伦试剂的纳米金比色传感器阵列与醛类物质发生反应,生成银壳并包覆于不同配体修饰的金纳米粒子上(包括牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和L-半胱氨酸(Cys)),形成银包金的核壳结构,伴随有从酒红色到深黄色的颜色变化并以此鉴别出10种醛类。所提供的传感器阵列具有很强的分辨能力,准确率和特异性均在88%以上。在最适条件下,欧氏距离与甲醛浓度在0.1~10000 uM的范围呈现良好的线性关系。该传感器用于虾中甲醛含量的测定,回收率为85.8%~114.82%。纳米金传感器展现了快速识别食品中醛类化合物的潜力。
ldehydes are the most common pollutants and the most possible human carcinogens in our life. Herein, we reported an easy-to-operate and low-cost method for discrimination of diverse aldehydes. The colorimetric sensor array based on Tollens\' reagent allow discrimination of ten kinds of aldehydes showing a significant color change distinct color change from wine-red to deep yellow. And it would generate Ag shells that coated onto gold nanoparticles (GNPs) functionalized with diverse ligands, (including bovine serum albumin (BSA), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and L-cysteine (Cys)), forming an Au@Ag core-shell nanoparticles in the presence of aldehydes. Provided sensor array owns great discrimination capacity of differentiating ten kinds of aldehydes by color change which accuracy and specificity were over 88%. Under optimal conditions, a good linear correlation between Euclidean distance and formaldehyde concentrations was ranged from 0.1 to 10000 uM (R2 = 0.9908). The sensor was successfully explored for the determination of formaldehyde content in shrimp with recovery of 85.8% to 114.82%. Our reliable GNPs sensor shows reliable potentiality for fast identification of aldehydes in food.
