本文利用同轴反射光显微镜拍摄非织造材料的多层图像,结合多聚焦图像融合技术,得到材料的清晰图像和纤维的坐标数据;再通过python编程得到材料几何结构有限元模型,运用ABAQUS实现材料力学拉伸性能的模拟,获得不同参数条件下的应力场及应力应变曲线;将有限元模拟得到应力应变曲线与真实力学拉伸试验进行对比,两者的变化趋势很一致,证明了模型的正确性。

In this study, a new FE model for describing the structure of thermally bonded nonwovens is proposed. The coordinates of fibers and bonded points of samples are obtained from Coaxial reflected optical microscope with multi-focus image fusion. Using python language, the new FE modal is established with the real coordinates. The experimental results show that the new FE model and the mechanical tensile test results have good consistency.
