Its nutritive value and medical treatment and health care value are paid attention to more and more by common people.It was very significance to study the improving of the food flavor,utilizing all the parts of the oats,and processing the functional foods.In this article,nutrition value,medical effect,internal and external development situation and prospect oats were expounded so as to provide the basis and research direction for oats deeply processing and scientific and technological developing.
