几种PP基木塑复合材料流变行为的研究

我国每年木材加工余下废弃木屑量在几百万吨以上,其它天然纤维如稻糠等达上千万吨。每年城市人口产生的废旧塑料达240~280万吨,如果能将这些废旧材料有效地利用起来,将产生巨大的经济与社会效益。木塑复合材料是以木纤维或植物纤维为主要组分,经过预处理使之与热塑性树脂或其它材料复合而成的一种新型材料,此类产品可替代相应木制品,可以节约大量森林资源,处理掉大量废旧塑料及木材加工中产生的废弃木粉,有利于保护并改善生态环境,是符合21世纪发展方向的环保型化工新材料。本文研究了各种木塑复合材料的流变行为,结果表明,各种木塑复合材料为典型的假塑性流体,在实验温度下,不但对剪切速率敏感,而且对温度也敏感。在各种木塑复合材料中,稻壳粉木塑复合材料的流动性最好。

The wood-plastic composites of rice husk powder have the best fluid in various wood-plastic composites.
