杏鲍菇菌种液体培养研究初报

本文以菌球的干重、密度、直径为检验指标，对杏鲍菇菌种液体培养的适宜培养基、培养条件及培养期进行了探讨。结果表明，对杏鲍姑菌种进行液体培养宜选用黄豆粉6%,葡萄糖3%, 蛋白胨0.2%, KH2PO40.05%, MgSO40.05%, VB110mg/L作为培养基，采用装液量100ml、转速210 r/min，培养温度25℃，接种量10%的培养条件，最佳培养期为4天。
In this paper, The orthogonal testing method of L9(34) was taken to study the effect of different combination of liquid capacity, temperature, rev and inoculate quantity according to observing and measuring index of dry weight, density and diameter of Pleurotus eryngii pellet.. The result showed that the optimum combination of submerged culture of Pleurotus eryngii is liquid capacity 100ml,temperature 30℃ ,rev 210r/min, inoculate quantity 15﹪. These kind of liquid seeds of Pleurotus eryngii are suitable for planting.
