模拟污水添加对闽江河口湿地甲烷排放的影响
Effect of sewage discharge on methane emission from wetland in Minjiang Estuary
为研究污水排放对河口湿地甲烷排放的影响,通过构建中型实验生态系,进行室内添加污水处理实验,探究污水添加对闽江河口短叶茳芏湿地与光滩甲烷排放的影响,研究结果表明,污水添加对有、无植被覆盖的湿地甲烷排放通量影响均不显著。植被覆盖对湿地甲烷排放通量影响显著。植被覆盖、氧化还原电位(Eh)与污水中磷酸盐含量是影响湿地甲烷排放的关键因子。
In order to study the effect of sewage discharge on methane emission from estuarine wetland, mesocosms was constructed indoor and the sewage addition experiment was carried out to explore the effect of sewage addition on methane emission from the wetland with and without vegetation cover. The effect of sewage discharge on methane flux was not significant while the effect of vegetation cover was significant. Vegetation coverage, redox potential (EH) and phosphate content in sewage are the key factors affecting methane emission from wetlands.
