基于DICOM医学影像数据库的实现

目的实现在标准网络框架内不同的医学数字影像设备之间交换数据提供技术的可能性,探讨医学影像设备间共同的通信与交流规范,利用了网络技术、多媒体技术和数据库技术,使现有的图像资源得到了充分利用,解决现有的海量图像的存储与管理难题。方法采用ACR-NEMA (ACR美国放射学会和NEMA国家电子制造商协会)委员会推出的DICOM 3.0规范,利用这个标准,人们可以在医学影像设备上建立一个接口来完成影像数据的输入和输出。结果采用统一的医学影像规范以后,可以对医学影像进行统一归档、存储、查询。实现远程会诊中的无损影像传输交流,实现无胶片化医院。结论医学影像的传输以及数据库的建立,由此增加系统的开放性和可移植性,解决医疗信息系统的传输问题和资源共享问题,更加有效的实现国际医学的资源共享和信息交流,从而推进我国医学事业的进一步发展。
IObject; Achieved the possibilities of data exchanging supply technical within the framework of the standard network between different medical digital imaging equipment, investigate the common criterion of the medical digital imaging equipment's communication and exchange. Use network technology, multimedia technology and database technology so that the existing image resources are fully utilized, and solve the existing mass image storage and management problems. Ways; adopt DICOM 3.0 specification which are introduced by the ACR-NEMA (American College of Radiology and National Electronics Manufacturers Association) Committee. Using the standard, one can establish an interface to complete the image data input and output in the medical imaging device. Result; After using a uniform standard of medical imaging, the medical images can be unified to file, to storage, and to query. The non-destructive image transfer can be achieved in the remote consultation. Conclusion; Medical image transmission as well as the database development increases the openness and portability system, solve the problem of transmission of medical information systems and resource sharing, and implement the international medical resource sharing and information exchange more effetely, and promote the further development of our country's medicine.
