PAN纤维铁铜配合物的制备及其机械性能
Preparation of Cu-Fe-modified PAN fibrous complex and its mechanical properties
为了研究聚丙烯腈纤维铁铜配合物的机械性能并改善其作为非均相Fenton反应催化剂的重复利用性,选用偕胺肟改性聚丙烯腈(AO-PAN)纤维与三氯化铁和硫酸铜进行配位反应,在室温条件下制备了聚丙烯腈铁铜配合物(Cu-Fe-AO-PAN),然后通过控制配位反应过程中的两种金属离子的摩尔浓度比考察了Cu-Fe-AO-PAN纤维铁铜配合物的金属离子配合量及其纤维的机械性能。结果表明,AO-PAN纤维中偕胺肟基团与Fe3+以及Cu2+均发生了配位反应,配位反应过程中铁离子和铜离子的摩尔浓度比对制备出的Cu-Fe-AO-PAN纤维铁铜配合物的金属离子配合量以及纤维机械性能均有较大影响。提到三氯化铁和硫酸铜混合溶液中铜离子所占的比例将增大Cu-Fe-AO-PAN纤维上总金属离子配合量,并且在一定范围内纤维的断裂强力随着总金属离子配合量的增加呈现上升趋势。

IIn order to investigate the mechanical properties of the Cu-Fe-modified polyacrylonitrile fibrous complex as well as to improve its reuse property in Fenton Reaction System as a catalyst, polyacrylonitrile fibrous complex modified by ferric and copper ions (Cu-Fe-AO-PAN) was prepared by a reaction between polyacrylonitrile fibers containing amidoxime group (AO-PAN) and ferric chloride together with copper sulfate at room temperature. The concentration ratio of ferric ions and copper ions affecting ligand of metal ions as well as mechanical properties of Cu-Fe-AO-PAN were investigated. The results indicated that amidoxime groups from AO-PAN were able to ligate ferric and copper ions in solution, and increasing the percentage of copper ions in the mixture of ferric chloride and copper sulfate led to a low total ligand of metal ions. moreover, different concentration ratio of ferric ions and copper ions resulted in significant change of mechanical properties of Cu-Fe-AO-PAN.
