考虑蒙皮效应的钢网壳有限元分析
Finite-element Analysis Considering Diaphragm Effect of the Steel Roof
本文利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对钢网壳及有蒙皮钢网壳进行了考虑材料非线性和几何非线性的静力分析,以及采用弧长法对该36m跨度的钢网壳进行了荷载-位移全过程分析,得到有无蒙皮情况下结构的极限承载力,并对其作出对比分析。此外,通过施加竖向力在不同厚度的有蒙皮钢网壳内产生的应力分布及变形情况,得到钢网壳蒙皮效应的一般规律。蒙皮结构能增大其平面内的刚度,对网壳结构的侧向变形起到显著的控制作用,即钢网壳的强轴和弱轴弯矩显著减小。由此得出蒙皮可以有效控制建筑结构的位移,并对建筑物整体刚度和强度产生一定的加强作用,为实际工程的蒙皮效应分析提供了理论依据。
In this paper, structural static analysis considering material and geometrical nonlinearity is carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS for steel roof with diaphragm or not. Arc-length method is adopted to analyze the whole procedure of load-displacement of the 36-meter steel roof in span length. Then, comparative analysis of ultimate stability bearing capacity within the roof with diaphragm or not will be achieved. In addition, general rules considering the diaphragm effect will be got by analyzing the stress distribution within diaphragm of various thickness produced by the vertical force in the working process. The diaphragm construction can help to strengthen in-plane stiffness and bending moment along strong and weak axis remarkably decrease. Thus, the diaphragm effect will help to effectively control the structural displacement and strengthen its stiffness and strength to some extent. Theory basis of the diaphragm effect for practical engineering will be provided expectedly.
