物联网场景下云服务放置算法研究
Research on Cloud Service Placement Algorithm Towards IoT Scenario
随着云计算技术的不断发展,数据中心作为云计算的基础设施,越来越受到工业和学术界的关注。在数据中心中,合理的云服务放置算法能有效提高资源利用效率,降低运营成本。本文在物联网场景下对云服务放置算法进行了研究,首先分析了物联网云服务特性,提出了云服务间最小平均RTT算法,降低云服务请求响应时间。其次,提出了基于负载的云服务分组合并放置算法,将互相调用频繁的云服务放置在同一台物理机上,在满足最小化请求响应时间条件下,减少物理机使用量。最后,针对数据中心多类型云服务混合部署场景,本文在已有研究基础上,提出了基于余弦距离的云服务放置算法,有效降低了物理机的使用量。
With the rapid development of cloud computing technology, data center as the infrastructure of cloud computing, has attracted more and more attention. In data centers, appropriate cloud service placement algorithms can effectively improve resource utilization efficiency and reduce operating costs. Meanwhile, cloud platform plays a important role in IoT system. This paper studies the cloud service placement algorithm towards IoT scenario. Firstly, in the exclusive cloud service placement scenario, the minimum average RTT algorithm between cloud services is proposed to reduce the cloud service request response time. Secondly, in the scenario of shared cloud service placement, a load-based cloud service grouping merging placement algorithm is proposed to reduce the usage of physical machine under the condition of meeting the minimum request response time. Finally, this paper proposes a cloud service placement algorithm based on cosine distance which effectively reduces the usage of physical machines.
