农田灌溉管道的工作环境相对恶劣,在管道的工作过程中容易发生腐蚀、老化等现象,造成管道的泄漏以及水资源的严重浪费。因此,对灌溉管道的缺陷检测具有重要的理论意义和实际价值。针对农田灌溉管道存在弯管与直管并存的特点,通过人为的增加缺陷,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对L(0,2)模态导波在直管、弯管、及有缺陷状态中的传播过程进行数值模拟研究。采用汉宁窗调制的正弦信号以力的形式进行加载,以激励L(0,2)模态信号。对比直管和弯管的传播特性,并分析缺陷对传播特性与能量分布情况的影响。结果表明:在200kHz的激励信号下,L(0,2)模态在直管中传播时,不会发生模态转换,且幅值随时间的延长而均匀减小。在弯管中传播时L(0,2)模态在弯管中的直道部分不发生模态转换,而通过弯曲部位和弯曲部位的缺陷后,L(0,2)模态在传播时转换为其他可能的模态,幅值随时间的延长而不均匀减小。且L(0,2)模态的大部分能量集中在弯曲的外部很少经过弯曲的内部,有利于检测灌溉管道的缺陷部位。

The propagation characteristics of straight and bent pipes are compared, and the influence of defects on propagation characteristics and energy distribution is analyzed. The result shows: Under the excitation signal of 200kHz, when the L (0,2) mode propagates in a straight pipe, the mode transition does not occur, and the amplitude decreases uniformly with time. Spread in the bend, L (0, 2) modal straight part in bends without modal transformation, and through the defect and bending parts of the bending part, L (0, 2) mode conversion to other possible modes in the transmission, extend the amplitude increases with time uneven decrease. Most of the energy of the modal L (0, 2) is concentrated outside the curve and is rarely bent inside. It is helpful to detect the defects of irrigation pipeline.
