公交服务乘客—司机满意度链模型及其验证

城市公共交通与人们的生活密切相关,是重要的公共服务领域之一。国内外学者大多从乘客自身的角度对公交服务进行的研究,而本文在参考相关研究的基础上,增加了乘客对司机的感知因素,尝试建立了城市公共交通乘客—司机满意度链模型,并以沈阳市公交乘客为样本进行了实证研究。该模型中包括乘客期望,感知质量,企业形象,乘客满意,乘客信任,乘客承诺,乘客忠诚7个乘客自身感知结构变量以及四个乘客对司机感知的变量:感知司机满意,感知企业形象,感知司机承诺和感知司机忠诚。利用LISREL8.7对模型进行了验证性分析,并探讨了各个结构变量之间的相互影响关系。结果显示:模型拟合较好,各项指标都达到了标准要求。
here is very close relation between urban public transport and life of people, and also it is one of the most important public service fields. Both domestic and foreign scholars have dong some research on the field from passengers’ point. In this paper, the passenger-driver satisfaction model is put forward, which contains some structural variables that are apperceived by passenger. After that, the author did practical research according to the data from passengers of Shenyang. The model contains 11 structural variables (passenger expectation, perceived quality, passenger faith, passenger commitment, passenger loyalty, perceived company image, perceive driver commitment and perceived driver loyalty). And then the model was analyzed in a validating way by using LISREL8.7, at the same time, the mutual relations among those structural variables were found out. The outcome has shown the fitness of the model is good, and most of indexes are within acceptable arrange.
