超临界CO2微乳萃取中药广霍香中重金属
Extraction of Heavy Metals from Pogostemon cablin Benth using water in carbon dioxide microemulsions
在乙醇为溶剂、正丁醇为助溶剂并添加一定量的水的情况下,AOT在SC-CO2中形成微乳,对重金属具有增溶作用。研究影响超临界CO2微乳萃取广霍香中重金属的主要因素,如正丁醇、表面活性剂的浓度及加水量等对萃取率的影响。结果表明:使用0.02mol/L AOT的混合醇水溶液(正丁醇、乙醇、水的体积分数分别为0.45、0.45、0.1)作为多元助溶剂,对重金属的增溶能力最强,在此条件下Cu、Pb、Zn的去除率分别为70.34%、74.01%、68.42%。该法为降低中药中有毒有害重金属元素含量,促使中药中重金属达标提供了新途径。
Water in supercritical carbon dioxide microemulsions is examined as a new medium for the extraction of heavy metals from Pogostemon cablin Benth, a Chinese herbal medicine. The effects of proportion of n-butanol、amount of water and concentration of AOT were systematically investigated. The extraction rates of Cu, Pb and Zn at the best condition were up to 70.34%, 74.01%, and 68.42%, respectively.
