基于变分理论的油藏实时约束优化
Reservoir Real-time Optimization With Constraints Based on Variational Theory
油藏生产优化是通过调整油藏区块内油水井的产出和注入状态以实现生产效益的最大化,这是一个典型的最优化控制问题,也是智能油田的核心内容之一。文章将油藏视为一个复杂的动态系统,以油田生产净现值为目标建立了油藏开发生产优化数学模型,结合极大值原理推导得到了相应的伴随模型,实现了模型的高效求解,得到当前时刻最优的调控方案。因为这里优化的对象是油田开发,所以必定涉及到单井生产界限和区块总注入量等条件的约束。针对这些问题,文章采用对数变换和梯度平均的方法实现了约束生产优化。在理论方法研究的基础上对油藏实例进行了分析,结果表明获得的最优生产方案符合油田实际,为智能油田体系提供了理论和技术支撑。
Reservoir production optimization depends on adjusting the output and injection status of reservoirs in order to achieve the maximization of production profit, which is not only a typical optimal control problems but also one of the cores of smart oil field. Reservoir is recognized as a complex dynamic system in this research. A optimal mathematical model of reservoir production is established, which goal is to maximize net present value of production. Combined with maximum principle, the corresponding adjoint model is deduced and solved high-efficiently to obtain optimal production schedule. Because the optimized object here is the development of oil field, it must relate to some constrained conditions such as the boundary limits of a single well and the total injection rate of reservoir block etc. To solve these problems, the article used logarithmic transformation and the average gradient method to realize constrained production optimization. Based on the above theoretical study, applied examples of reservoir are analyzed. The results show optimal production scheme are coincident with the demand of actual field and it will provide a strong theoretical basis and technical support for smart field system.
