高性能铅酸电池用泡沫铅电沉积制备研究
Study on electrodeposition of lead foam for high-performance lead-acid battery use
研究了泡沫铅的电沉积过程,考察了铅离子浓度、氟硼酸浓度、硼酸浓度、添加剂、阴极表观电流密度及温度等因素对电流效率和泡沫铅产物质量的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件为:铅离子浓度115g/L,氟硼酸浓度35g/L,硼酸浓度25g/L,添加剂蛋白胨浓度1.0g/L,阴极表观电流密度300 A/m2,温度25℃。经扫描电镜分析所得泡沫铅产物孔隙率高,表面平整,且为三维开孔结构,可作为高性能铅酸电池电极材料。
Electrodeposition of lead foam was investigated in this study. The effects of the factors including concentration of Pb2+、HBF4、HBO3, addition agents, cathode current density and temperature on current efficiency and quality of lead foam addressed.Optinum conditions were determined as that 115g/ L [Pb2+],35g/L for [HBF4],25g/L for [HBO3], 1.0g/L for the concentration of peptone , 300A/m2 for cathode electric current density and 25℃for electrolytic temperature. SEM analysis shows that the obtained lead foam has the advantages of smooth, high porosity and three-dimensional open-cell structurer.And it coud be used as the electrode materia of high-performance lead-acid battery.
