基于㶲经济学原理确定一种新型直埋热力管道经济保温层厚度
etermination of Economical Insulation Thickness of a New Directly-buried Thermal Pipe Based on the Principle of Economy of Energy
本文从降低单位管长年总费用和收益的角度出发,利用㶲经济学原理,讨论了一种新型预制保温管(孔网钢带耐热聚乙烯复合管为工作管)作为直埋供热管道,双管敷设时的经济保温层厚度的计算方法,与传统的设计方法相比,供回水温度为85/60℃时,可节能17~24%,60/50℃时,可节能9~22%。并编制了计算程序,同时分析了㶲价、保温材料导热系数和埋深对经济保温层厚度的影响。其结果可供工程设计参考。
Based on the principle of economy of energy, the paper, from the angle of income and decreasing the annual total cost in a unit of length, studies a calculation method of economical insulation thickness of a new prefabricated directly buried insulating pipe (steel strip with borehole net polyethylene of raised temperature compound pipe used as service pipes) when laying double-tube and writes a corresponding calculation program. Comparing with the traditional design method, the new design method can save energy 17~24 percent when supply and return water temperature is 85/60℃ and 9~22 percent when supply and return water temperature is 60/50℃. Then the effect of energy price、the thermal conductivity of insulation material and buried depth on economical insulation thickness is analyzed. The result can be referenced for engineering design.
