bstract:Background The urinary-type plasminogen activator can controls matrix degradation through the conversion of plasminogen into plasmin and for plasmin generation during cell migration and invasion. The urinary-type plasminogen activator is regarded as the critical trigger for cancer metastasis. status quo of study The urinary-type plasminogen activator is relate to invasion and metastasis of cancer cells.But, the concrete mechanism is not distinct. Usage of study To introduce the composition and function of urinary-type plasminogen activator system and explore the effect of its on invasion and metastasis in cancer cells.
