相干光通信中激光源的研究
he Research of the Laser Diode Used in Optical Coherent Communication
相干光通信的主要优点是灵敏度高,但是它对接收端和发送端的激光源的频率差稳定性要求高。相干光通信中包含了光锁相环,为了更容易的实现锁相环,对激光器的线宽要求很高。本文使用的是松下的窄线宽DFB激光器,设计了该激光器的驱动电路,并实现了低纹波电源系统。利用驱动电路分析了松下激光器的温度特性和电流特性,利用平衡接收机得出了拍频的相噪特性和频率漂移特性,发现了隔离器对于稳定中频的重要性。并利用马赫-泽德干涉结构测量单个激光器的相位噪声和频率漂移,给出了对应的实验结果并为相干光通信的锁频电路提供了根据。
he advantage in coherent optical communication system is the increased sensitivity. To realize it, we need higher stability frequency between the sender and the receiver. It contains a optical phase lock loop in coherent optical communication, so we need narrower line-width laser diode. The paper first introduced the circuit driver of LNFE03YBE1UP, a narrow line-width DFB laser diode, and showed the frequency characteristic of the temperature and current, then introduced the test-bed to get the characteristic of the intermediate frequency with balanced pin and also come up with a new novel to reduce the fluctuation of the intermediate frequency, finally offered a set-up which consists of a Mach-Zehnder Interferometer to test the frequency fluctuation speed of the laser diode.
