基于热管技术的散热机柜研究
he Study of Cabinet Heat Radiation Based on Heat Pipe Technology
防尘与散热是保证电子器件正常工作的必要条件,而作为放置电子器件的机柜要同时满足这两个条件却是比较困难的。热管作为一种可以不加外在动力的高效热传导元件,可将密闭机柜内热量转移到外界环境中。本文通过对当前热管技术的发展的研究,提出了一套基于热管技术的散热机柜的研制方案。并在此基础上进行了实验,验证了热管散热机柜的良好性能。
ust-proof and radiation are necessary to ensure the normal work of the electronic device, and it is difficult to satisfy these two conditions to the cabinet placed electronic devices . Heat pipe as a heat conducting element without external power, can transfer the heat in a closed cabinet to the external environment. In this paper, through the research on the development of heat pipe technology, a set based on the design of heat pipe technology of cooling rack is priposed. And on the basis of the experiment,the good performance of heat pipe rack is also verified.
