为改善新型高容量储氢材料Mg(BH4)2·2NH3的放氢性能,使用XRD、FTIR、TPD和Sieverts测试仪等研究了KBF4的添加对Mg(BH4)2·2NH3放氢性能的影响。研究结果表明:KBF4与Mg(BH4)2·2NH3在球磨过程中可以发生相互作用,导致F部分替代[BH4]?中的H。F的掺杂显著降低了Mg(BH4)2·2NH3的放氢温度,其中10%(摩尔分数)F掺杂的Mg(BH4)2·2NH3的起始放氢温度为50 ℃,较原始Mg(BH4)2·2NH3降低了100 ℃,当加热至350℃,主要放氢反应结束,放氢量可达10%(质量分数);同时,F的掺杂还显著提高了Mg(BH4)2·2NH3的放氢动力学性能。
In order to improve the dehydrogenation properties of Mg(BH4)2·2NH3, a novel high-capacity hydrogen storage material, the effects of KBF4-addition on the dehydrogenation performances of Mg(BH4)2·2NH3 are investigated by using XRD, FTIR, TPD and Sieverts apparatus. It is found that the interactions between KBF4 and Mg(BH4)2·2NH3 during ball milling result in the partial substitution of F for H in the [BH4]- anions, which reduces dehydrogenation temperature of Mg(BH4)2·2NH3. Hydrogen desorption from the 10mol% F-doped Mg(BH4)2·2NH3 is determined to initiate at approximate 50 ℃, lowered by 100 ℃ in comparison with that of the pristine Mg(BH4)2·2NH3. The majority of dehydrogenation terminates at 350 ℃ with the release of 10 mass% hydrogen. In addition, the dehydrogenation kinetics of Mg(BH4)2·2NH3 is also enhanced significantly after F-doping.
