光固化漆酚膜的性能研究

Preparation and Properties of UV Cured Polyurushiol

生漆的主要成膜物质漆酚,在无光引发剂条件下,经紫外光辐照,能在2min之内固化成膜。本文研究光固漆酚膜的性能。结果表明,与天然生漆膜相比,光固化漆酚膜具有优异的物理机械性能,特别是对金属的附着力和抗冲击性能有了较大的提高;同时,由于光固化漆酚交联程度的增加,固化膜具有优良的耐热、耐溶剂性能。

Polyurushiol films have been successfully prepared under UV irradiation in the presence of air, which is a new method for fast dry of lacquer. The films have been characterized by pencil hardness method, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Electron spin resonance (ESR), elementary analysis and TG. The results suggested that UV cuing of urushiol was different in mechanism from lacquer polymerized by laccase-catalyzed oxidation. It isn’t an aerobic oxidative polymerization, but initiated by radicals under UV irradiation. And the films had excellent physico-mechanical propertise, resistance against chemical media and thermo-stability.
