用含钒催化剂CVD法制备多壁纳米碳管

Synthesis of multiwall carbon nanotubes by decomposition of methane over vanadium container catalysts

本文以甲烷为碳源,分别以2CoO•5V2O5•456MgO、Fe2O3•5V2O5•456MgO和2NiO•5V2O5•456MgO为催化剂,采用CVD法在800 ℃制备了多壁纳米碳管。并且对其进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光拉曼光谱(Raman)和高分辨率投射电子显微镜(HRTEM)表征。研究结果表明:利用三个含钒的催化剂可以制备出石墨化程度很高的多壁纳米碳管。

We have synthesized multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) by decomposition of methane over vanadium system catalysts(2CoO•5V2O5•456MgO、Fe2O3•5V2O5•456MgO and 2NiO•5V2O5•456MgO) at 800 ℃. The morphologies and microscopic structure of the prepared MWNTs were characterized by SEM、 HRTEM and Raman spectroscopy. The results indicate that MWNTs with high-graphitic degree could be successfully prepared by using the bimetallic catalyst with V addition.
