高温固相法合成锂离子电池正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2研究

采用机械活化-高温固相法合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2。利用机械球磨对前驱体进行活化处理,在空气气氛下950℃煅烧15h制备材料。通过XRD,SEM和电化学性能测试对所制备材料的结构、形貌及电化学性能进行了表征。结果表明,合成的材料为α-NaFeO2型层状晶体结构,产物粒径均匀,在2.5~4.5V电压区间内以0.2C进行恒流充放电测试,首次放电容量为168.8mAh/g,50次循环后容量材料的放电容量和保持率分别为147mAh/g和87.1%,循环稳定性较好。

Layered structure of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode material was prepared by a solid state method with the precursor activated by ball milling.The influences of the synthesis temperature on the electrochemical behaviors of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were also analyzed. XRD,SEM and electrochemical tests were used to characterize the structure,micro-morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials.The results show that the pure LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 phase with α-NaFeO2 layer structure is obtained at 950℃ for 15h in air.The as-prepared LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 with uniform primary particles delivers initial discharge capacity of 168.8mAh g-1 at 0.2C rate in the voltage of 2.5-4.5V.After 50 cycles,the capacity retention ration is 87.1%,respectively,indicating good cycling stability.
