转录因子Snail与肺纤维化关系的研究进展

特发性肺纤维化是一种以活化的成纤维细胞和大量细胞外基质沉淀聚集为特征的致死性肺间质疾病。近年来,研究发现肺纤维化的一个重要原因是TGF-β诱导的上皮-间质转化(EMT),Snail可诱发EMT,在肺纤维化的发生发展中起重要作用。此外,Snail在肺纤维化的发生发展过程中,对细胞生存和凋亡、免疫调节也有着不同程度的影响。本文就Snail的结构、功能、传导通路、以及其在肺纤维化过程中的EMT、细胞生存和凋亡、以及免疫调节作用作一综述。

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a lethal fibrotic disease characterized by the persistence of activated myofibroblasts resulting in excessive deposition of extracellular matrix proteins. Recent researches show that TGF-βinduced epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) plays an important role in pulmonary fibrosis. Snail can induce the EMT and promote fibrosis.In addition, Snail can affect the fibrosis progression through immune regulation and cell apoptosis resisting. This paper reviews the structure of the Snail, its function, and signaling pathway, also, the relationship between snail's immune regulation, cell apoptosis affect and pulmonary fibrosis.
