围产期缺氧缺血性脑损伤动物模型的研究进展
Progress of animal models of perinatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage
动物模型是研究疾病的潜在机制,制定有效干预措施的第一步。尽管我们对围产期脑损伤的认识有了非常大的进步,众多的动物模型已经用来研究足月儿和早产儿脑损伤,但哪种动物最能够反映人类的疾病状态,我们现阶段采取的干预措施是否是恰当的,在这些方面仍然存在争论。本文简述了新生期的脑神经发育过程,重点介绍了几种常用的围产期脑缺氧缺血性损伤的动物模型。
nimal models are often the first step in determining mechanisms underlying disease, and the approach and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. Despite marked advances in our understanding of these processes and numerous animal models have been used to study term infants and preterm children with brain injury . However, controversy continues over which animal model can refect human disease states,and whether the therapies that we now providing are benefit than harm. This review introduces the process of neonatal brain development , and focuses on discussing commonly used models of hypoxic-ischemic injury in the newborn brain.
