云南省电子政务专项支出项目绩效评价指标体系研究

Levels of governments have invested many E-government projects, for what demand the performance evaluation, as the efforts to the performance excellence of E-government projects increase accountability and improve fiscal investment decision-making. According to the overall stages of E-government project development, the multi-goal decision-making framework for Yunnan Provincial E-government projects is established based on the four dimension (input, process, output and effects). Furthermore, the performance measurement indexes and their respective weights are explored in the paper. Finally, the recursive synthesis computation of the model produces the measurement value compared with five levels standard.
