黄土高原旱作农业区春小麦的抗旱性育种研究

Study of spring wheat drought to lerance in the loess plateau dryland farming area

研究表明,小麦的抗旱性是整体的表现。采用几个抗旱性生理指标如水势、保水力、叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量以及生物学产量等,研究了甘肃大面积推广的几个旱地小麦品种的苗期抗旱性,旨在为甘肃小麦抗旱育种提供参考。通过叶片保水力、叶片水势、叶片叶绿素含量的测定表明:定西24、西旱1号、甘麦8号都比对照定西35抗旱性强,游离脯氨酸则表现为: 西旱1号抗旱性最强,甘麦8号次之, 定西35第3, 定西24最差。地上部生物学产量表现为: 定西24抗旱性最强, 定西35次之, 西旱1号第3, 甘麦8号最差。

Researches show drought tolerance of wheat is a comprehensive performance. In this study,several drought tolerance physiological indexes, such as water retention capacity, water potentia,l con-tent of chlorophyll and free proline, and plant biomass are applied to determine the seedling drought tolerance capability of wheat varieties bred and released recently for rain fed area Gansu Province. The results show as follow: for water retention capacity, water potential and content of chlorophyll, dingxi24, xihan1,ganmai8 are better than the check dingxi35, which is a new variety aimedat irrigated area; for free proline, the content is ranged as, xihan1, ganmai8, dingxi35, dingxi24; as for the biomass dingxi24 is the best, the second is dingxi35, xihan1 is the third, ganmai8 is the worst.
