金欣口服液不同化学部位抗呼吸道合胞病毒实验研究

IObjective: To observe the anti-RSV effect of JinXin Oral Liquid different chemical parts in vivo. Method: The small rats bring about the pneumonia model by that drop of nose was affected with the respiratory syncytial virus, were randomly divided into nomal control group, model control group, ribavirin group, high dose, medium dose and low dose group of JinXin oral liquid, petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract，n-butanol extract and mother liquor group of JinXin oral liquid, observing the inflammatory lesions in lung tissue under the light microscope, calculating lung exponent and lung exponent inhibition ratio, spleen exponent, thymus exponent, small rat death protection rate. Results: Petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract of JinXin oral liquid had remarkable decreasing effect (P<0.01) on the increase of lung exponent of rats with viral infection by RSV, reduced the infection of the inflammatory lesions in lung tissue,at the same time could increase spleen exponent and thymus exponent(P<0.01). N-butanol extract of JinXin oral liquid could reduce the mortality rate of small rat infected by RSV. Conclusion: Petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract of JinXin oral liquid had a certain inhibitory effect of RSV, and could improve the immune function of small rat infected with RSV. N-butanol extract of JinXin oral liquid gave certain protection for the effected rat.
