农民新农保参保决策因素浅析

s the government pays more attention to the people's affair,the social insurance of farmer is on the way of development. But the disadvantage that the low social standard of farmer and uncovering the hole society is not conducive to the development of rural economy, which is in conflict with China's policies that demand the coordinated development of rural and urban economy.Taking the problems encountered in the process of extending the rural social insurance for the example,I make the following analysis about the factors that affect farmers decide join or not.Proposed some suggestions about the development of targeted rural economy,increase farmers income;improve farmers literacy;sound legal construction of new agricultural insurance and so on.Only use this,we can improve the new system of agricultural insurance and make it more efficient to achieve all the suit population is under the insurance.
