基于精益生产的某钢管制造企业库存管理优化

Steel pipe manufacturing industry plays more and more important role in national economy and social development. At present, there is a large distance in logistics operation between the domestic steel pipe manufacturing enterprises and the opponents in developed countries. After studied some former research, this paper researches the lean logistics application in the enterprise. This paper sets about from argumentation of logistics and lean thinking at first, and discusses procreant foundation and connotation of the lean logistics; described the introduction of lean logistics implementation in the manufacturing. Based on the Lean Production, taking a steel pipe manufacturing enterprises as a study example, analyzed the optimization effect of the warehouse management in the enterprises after application the Lean Production, and analyzed the production match between the warehouse management and the production operations, in order to achieve a lower warehouse, and maintain the smooth flow of logistics.
