丙烷脒对番茄生理指标、前期产量及果实品质的影响

较系统地测试了新型烷基脒类内吸性杀菌剂丙烷脒对番茄 Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.的生理、增产和果实的品质效应。试验结果表明:丙烷脒可显著增强番茄抗病性,且与使用剂量有关。在100.00g/hm2有效剂量下,与空白对照相比,丙烷脒处理的番茄叶片POD、SOD、CAT活性显著增强,分别较对照提高85.03%、11.46%和164.73%;游离脯氨酸、类黄酮和总酚含量显著增大,分别较对照提高48.05%、18.75%和15.79%;MDA和外渗电导率显著减小,较对照减小了40.89%和30.59%;番茄前期产量较对照增加25.70%;果实中糖酸比较对照减小了29.95%、硝酸盐含量较对照提高46.69%。表明丙烷脒可明显提高番茄抗病能力,并增加前期产量,但对果实品质有一定影响。

his study investigated the effect of propamidine on some physiological indexes, prophase yield and quality of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.). The result showed that propamidine was benefit to increase disease resistance of tomato plant, which was relating to does applied of propamidine. Under high dosage(100.000g/hm2), propamidine increased the activity of POD,SOD and CAT by 85.03%、11.46% and 164.73%;and increased content of pollen free proline , flavonoid and total phenol by 48.05%,18.75% and 15.79%, compared with the control. The lower rate of MDA, electric conductivity and sugar-acid ratio were 40.89%,30.59%and 29.95%,respectively.And the increase rate of prophase yield and nitrate content were 25.70% and 46.69%, respectively. The result showed that,under recommendatory dosage,propamidine could increase disease resistance and prophase yield of tomato plant, respectively, but also effect the quality of tomato fruit at a certain extent.
