高校用户开放存取（OA）知识需求分析

Starting from the perspective of the users' knowledge needs in the domestic universities, based on questionnaire survey data, combining conventional statistics and formal concept analysis (FCA) method, a comprehensive analysis on knowledge needs of university users about open access (OA) is executed. The results show that the retrieval efficiency of open access (OA) is the core focus of the common concern of university users; the traditional formal characters of literature are still mindset in the process of part of the university users to obtain knowledge; the degree of concern of economic cost is not prominent in the university users; the academic level and research level are primary cause of the differences in knowledge needs in university users. By disclosing characters of knowledge needs of university users about open access (OA), it provides reference for theoretical study and practical application of open access (OA) in domestic universities with the view of users' knowledge needs.
