Study on Baylis-Hillman Reaction of Securinine with Some Aromatic Aldehydes
本文研究了一叶萩碱(securinine)与一些醛类化合物发生Baylis-Hillman反应的条件和结果。发现在无水乙醇为溶剂,甲醇钠催化的条件下,一叶萩碱的12位与14位能与芳香醛类发生Baylis-Hillman反应,并讨论了反应机理。
In this paper,the conditions of Baylis-Hillman reaction between securinine and aldehyde were investigated. The results suggested that in the condition of anhydrous ethyl alcohol and sodium methoxide, securinine could react with aromatic aldehyde smoothly on C-12 and C-14. Further more, the mechanism of this reaction was discussed.
