复合型多电平加载电机驱动器的研究

Research on Complex Mutilevel Load-System Motor Driver

在电动负载模拟系统中,加载电机驱动器的结构与控制方式直接影响到加载转矩的精度和动态响应速度。针对H桥式两电平驱动方式存在转矩冲击和脉动大、转子能量转换速度低而影响加载精度和系统带宽的问题,本文提出了一种复合型驱动器的拓扑并给出了控制策略。仿真分析与实验结果表明,所提出的新型驱动器有扰加载带宽高于8Hz,性能较好。

In the electrical load simulator system, topology and control methods of load motor driver directly affect the accuracy of load torque and dynamic response. For the H bridge two-level driver function, such bad issues should be considered, impact of high torque ripple, low speed of rotor energy conversion, low system bandwidth. In order to raise loading bandwidth and capabilities, we point out a topology and control strategy. The simulation results indicate that the new motor driver has a loading bandwidth higher than 8Hz and better performance.
