本试验研究了漠斑牙鲆仔鱼的摄食和生长。仔鱼初次开口摄食时间在6日龄(18-20℃),初次摄食率为30%,8日龄饥饿仔鱼最大初次摄食率为65%,孵出后第9天达到PNR,混合营养期为3天左右。初次摄食强度和初次摄食率开始时较低,在卵黄囊耗尽时达最高,然后下降。随着饥饿时间的延长,仔鱼出现“负增长”,孵化第11天存活率仅为10%,12日龄全部死亡。

he experiment was conducted to study feeding and growth of Southern flounder(Paralichthys lethostigma)larvae . The results showed that the larvae began to fed at the age of 6 days at 18-20℃, and the feeding rate is 30%,the highest feeding rate was 65% at 8 days of age. Southern flounder larvae arrived the point-of-no-return (PNR) at 9 days of age. The period of mixed nutrition of the larvae was 3 days. The first feeding intensity and the feeding rate are low slowly increased to the peak when the yolk-sac almost exhausted, after that , it decreased .With the starvation prolonged ,unfed larvae entered a negative growth. The survival rate is 10% at the day of 11 th after hatching .
