漠斑牙鲆（Paralichthys lethostigma）仔鱼摄食和生长的研究

he experiment was conducted to study feeding and growth of Southern flounder（Paralichthys lethostigma）larvae . The results showed that the larvae began to fed at the age of 6 days at 18-20℃, and the feeding rate is 30%,the highest feeding rate was 65% at 8 days of age. Southern flounder larvae arrived the point-of-no-return (PNR) at 9 days of age. The period of mixed nutrition of the larvae was 3 days. The first feeding intensity and the feeding rate are low slowly increased to the peak when the yolk-sac almost exhausted, after that , it decreased .With the starvation prolonged ,unfed larvae entered a negative growth. The survival rate is 10% at the day of 11 th after hatching .
