his article summarized the nursing experience of warm moxibustion and scraping therapy for lower limb numbness of a case of lumbar disc herniation after foraminoscopy. On the basis of improved nursing evaluation and routine nursing, the patient's numbness on the affected side of the limb disappeared after a course of treatment through syndrome differentiation and moxibustion and scraping therapy, and the therapeutic effect was significant, worthy of clinical promotion.
