额济纳胡杨克隆格局与克隆生长构型研究

Study on Cloning Growth Pattern and Architecture of Populus Euphratica in Ejina Oasis

通过对内蒙古额济纳绿洲胡杨林不同年龄结构的胡杨植株和对应的地下水位高度、淤泥厚度与胡杨克隆特性中克隆种群格局、克隆分株数、克隆分株间隔物长度、克隆分株的分枝角度和克隆分株高度的相关性分析。分析结果表明:胡杨克隆特性中克隆格局、克隆分株数、克隆分株高度和间隔物长与胡杨年龄相关性显著,而克隆分株的分枝角度与胡杨年龄相关性不显著;胡杨克隆特性中克隆生长格局、克隆分株数、克隆分株间隔物长与地下水相关性显著,而克隆分株高度和克隆分株分枝角度与地下水相关性不显著;胡杨克隆特性中克隆种群落格局和克隆分株间隔物长与地表淤泥的厚度相关性显著,而克隆生长数量、克隆生长高度和克隆分枝角度与淤泥的厚度相关性不显著。胡杨的克隆特性与胡杨年龄相关性说明胡杨在扩大种群的过程中年龄对种群更新具有决定作用,决定着胡杨无性更新中种群密度、植株高度和种群分布格局,而地下水和淤泥层是诱导胡杨不同克隆生长构的环境因素,从而决定着种群密度和分布格局。由上述研究结果可认为,在中龄林、地下水埋深为2m左右时及地表淤泥厚度为30-40㎝时,胡杨克隆种群的格局为均匀格局,形成的幼苗生长高最高为3~5m,种群密度为4㎡/株,从而有利于胡杨无性种群的稳定。

In this paper we studied the different age structures populus euphratica and correlation analysis on the ground water level, sludge thickness and clonal traits of populus euphratica, it's includes pattern of clonal population, clone ramets number, branching angle of clonal ramets and height of clone ramets. The result showed: Populus euphratica age have a significant relation with clonal traits including cloning growth pattern, clone ramets number, height of clone ramets and spacer length between clonal ramets. The ground water level has a significant relation with clonal traits including cloning growth pattern, clone ramets number and spacer length between clonal ramets. The sludge thickness has a significant relation with clonal traits including pattern of clonal population and spacer length between clonal ramets. The correlation between clonal traits and populus euphratica age indicates populus euphratica age have a have decisive effect on population regeneration, determines the population density, plant height and population distribution pattern in the clonal regeneration. Ground water and sludge layer were the environmental factors of inducing different cloning growth architecture. The research above showed in middle age stand when the ground water depth was 2 meter and sludge thickness was 30-40 cm, the pattern of clonal population was uniform pattern. The highest seedling was 3-5 meter, population density was 4 plants in a square meter, thus beneficial to stable of populus euphratica clonal population.
