为了提高低轨卫星通信系统的资源使用率,和用户体验质量,以MF-TDMA体制下的资源分配方法为研究对象,首先建立了低轨卫星通信系统的时频资源管理仿真模型。在考虑到高频条件下不同频带的载波信道受雨衰影响的差异,对用户站进行资源的动态分配,对RCP-fit、MAX-QOE分配算法分别进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,MAX-QOE在资源利用率更优的条件下,兼顾了不同频带信道条件影响,显著提高了用户的体验质量。

In order to improve the utilization of satellite system resources and the quality of experience and take the resource allocation algorithm based on MF-TDMA as study object, a time-frequency resource management simulation model for LEO satellite communication system is established in this paper. In consideration of the difference of carrier channel affected by rain attenuation in different frequency bands, in this paper, the dynamic allocation of resources is realized for user stations, and the RCP-fit and MAX-QOE allocation algorithms are simulated respectively. Simulation results show that under the condition of better resource utilization, MAX-QOE takes into account the influence of different frequency bands and channel conditions, and improves the quality of experience significantly
