基于通用型线的涡旋齿厚研究

研究通用型线的涡旋齿特征,将节线类型分为a、b两类,动涡旋齿外型线和静涡旋齿内型线对应的节线为a类节线,动涡旋齿内型线和静涡旋齿外型线对应的节线为b类节线,定义了涡旋齿法向齿厚、全齿厚和齿厚系数,得出了两种齿厚的计算公式,给出常用等齿厚涡旋齿的最小法向齿厚荐用值。研究表明:涡旋齿内外型线可用涡旋齿中线和齿厚分量表示,当涡旋齿内外型线平行时法向齿厚等于全齿厚,蜗旋齿厚系数可由涡旋机械的容积比确定,涡旋齿厚系数可作为涡旋机械设计中的一个基本参数。
he characteristic stduy of scroll wrap has been carried out based on general profile. The scroll machine’s pitch lines are classified as a-type and b-type. A-type pitch line forms orbitting scroll’ outer-line and fixed scroll’s inner-line. B-type pitch line forms orbitting scroll’s inner-line and fixed scroll’s outer-line. The normal wrap thickness, the all wrap thickness and the wrap thickness coefficient are defined. The calculation formula for two kinds of wrap thickness are obtained and recommendable value of minimum normal thickness for equal thickness scroll wrap is provided in common use. The study shows that the inner-line and out-line of scroll wrap can be expressed by the middle line and the component of scroll wrap, the normal thickness queal to the all thickness when the inner-line is parallel to the out-line, the wrap thickness coefficient can be determined by the volume ratio of scroll machine, the wrap thickness coefficient can be one of the essential parameters.
