为了加快企业移动信息化相关问题解决方案的制定，建立及指导和测评企业信息移动信息化于一体的成熟度模型，经过对企业信息化成熟的指标进行提取研究，在一定程度上对我国企业移动信息化的实施起到一定借鉴意义，从而进一步完善我国企业移动信息化建设理论和测评体系理论。
