本文使用两亲性RAFT试剂,采用无皂乳液聚合法制备一系列苯乙烯(St) /丙烯酸六氟丁酯(F6BA)梯度共聚物。通过1H NMR分析证实了St/F6BA共聚物的梯度链结构。结合St/F6BA梯度共聚物的分子量及分子量分布的GPC测定结果,研究了RAFT试剂用量对聚合可控性的影响。在最佳聚合条件下合成的St/F6BA 梯度共聚物可以作为增容剂有效地改善PSt/PF6BA溶液共混体系的相容性,研究了共聚物的添加量、分子量及链结构对增容作用的影响。研究结果表明,随着St/F6BA梯度共聚物分子量的减小、添加量增加,共混膜中PSt分散相的尺寸逐渐降低,相容性变好。相比嵌段共聚物,St/F6BA梯度共聚物对共混体系的增容效果更好。

In the paper, a series of gradient copolymers of styrene and 2,2,3,4,4,4- hexafluorobutyl acrylate(PSt-grad-F6BA were synthesized by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization with using an amphiphilic RAFT agent. The gradient structure of the St/F6BA copolymer was confirmed by 1H NMR.Combining with the molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of P(St-grad-F6BA) from GPC results, the effects of the addition of the RAFT agent on the controllability of the polymerization was discussed. P(St-grad-F6BA) were used as the compatibilizer to improve the compatibility of the PSt/PF6BA blend system. The effects of additional amount, molecular weight and chain structure of the copolymers on the compatibility were investigated. The results indicated that with the decreasing of the molecular weight or the increasing of the addition of P(St-grad-F6BA), the dispersion phase size of PSt was reduced and the compatibility of blends became better. Compared with the block copolymer, P(St-grad-F6BA) more effectively improved the compatibility to the blend system.
