盾构施工对注浆材料变形计算的研究

STUDY ON CALCULATION METHED OF GROUTING MATERIAL’S DEFORMATION INDUCED BY SHIELD CONSTRUCTION

假定土体不排水固结和线弹性,利用弹性力学的Mindlin 解,推导了盾构机正面附加推力以及机壳与土体之间的摩擦力引起的地层附加应力场的计算公式,该方法适用于施工阶段。所得土体应力场在拟和应力释放曲线下释放,得到注浆材料在土体应力历史作用下的变形规律。

By asunmming that soils is undrained, the computing formulas of additional stress field induced by bulkhead addictive thrust and force of friction between shield and soil are derived from the Mindlin solution in elastic mechanis.This method is applied to the construction phase.Induced stress release curve fitted ,and it can gain deformation law of grouting material,considering stress history.
